Job summary

Imperial University is seeking a recent graduate or early-career professional to join our Marketing, Outreach, Recruitment and Admissions (MORA) team. You will be the first point of contact for applicants and help ensure accurate, timely information across channels.

You will deliver excellent customer service, manage workload during peak periods, and collaborate with colleagues across departments to support the candidate journey and improve admissions processes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a proactive, customer-focused service across multiple channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organise workload and work with others during busy periods.
• Familiarity with GDPR and information handling in a university setting.

Responsibilities

• Reply to enquiries via internal system, email, and in person.
• Ensure accurate, timely information across channels.
• Manage workload during busy periods and liaise with the admissions team.
• Support the candidate journey for UAT-UK tests.
