You will shape the applicant journey from enquiry to enrolment, using data-driven strategies to enhance efficiency and experience. Collaboration with colleagues and external partners at events will be essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or admissions in HE or customer-focused environments.
• Experience administering our application pipeline from enquiry to enrolment.
• Ability to engage with a diverse global candidate pool.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and admissions for Imperial Business School's MSc programmes from enquiry to enrolment.
• Shape cohorts in terms of composition, quality and diversity.
• Use data-driven strategies to improve processes and candidate experiences.
• Represent Imperial at domestic, international and online events while collaborating with stakeholders.
