Winchcombe School, part of the Balcarras Trust, is recruiting a Student Engagement Lead from January 2027. The role is 32.5 hours per week, term time only (38 weeks). You will oversee the school’s Reflection Room and RESET provision, helping to minimise disruption and support reintegration.

Requirements include excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a counselling qualification or mentoring accreditation is desirable. Closing date 15 November 2026.
