Job summary

The Brakenhale School in Bracknell is seeking an Engagement Lead to support staff, pupils and families, helping the school run effectively and safely.

You will lead provisions for vulnerable students, ensure interventions are implemented well, contribute to safeguarding, and monitor individual needs through assessment, planning and review within a supportive Greenshaw Learning Trust environment. The role also involves working across teams to raise attainment and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Has relevant qualifications within education, SEN or behaviour.
• Appropriate experience in a similar role.
• Able to build relationships with students and families that are hardest to reach.
• Experience implementing systems and processes to support vulnerable students and student development.

Responsibilities

• To implement and oversee provisions for our most vulnerable students and families.
• To ensure the implementation of interventions is excellent.
• To have a role in the leading of safeguarding for this cohort of students.
• To regularly monitor each student through assessing, planning and reviewing individual needs.
