Lift Firth Park is seeking a dedicated Reflections and Inclusion Manager to support young people needing behavioural and emotional guidance. You’ll lead the Reflections and Mentoring Base and oversee interventions to reintegrate students into mainstream lessons.

You’ll collaborate with teachers and pastoral teams to build positive relationships, manage daily operations, and foster a calm, structured learning environment where students feel valued and motivated to succeed.

• Experience working with young people who display challenging behaviour.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to set clear expectations and act as a positive role model.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage time and prioritise workloads effectively.
• Creative, flexible and proactive approach to supporting student achievement.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral teams, and school leaders.
• A commitment to inclusion and ensuring every student has access to a high-quality education.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Reflections and Mentoring Base, ensuring a safe, structured and supportive environment.
• Support students displaying challenging behaviour, helping them develop positive strategies to manage their emotions and actions.
• Deliver targeted interventions and mentoring programmes for students at risk of exclusion.
• Build positive relationships with students, act as a role model, and set high expectations.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral teams and school leaders to support students’ progress and reintegration into mainstream lessons.
• Provide emotional and behavioural support to students experiencing personal challenges.
• Monitor student engagement, behaviour and progress, identifying opportunities for further support.
• Promote inclusion and ensure students have the opportunity to succeed academically and socially.
