Lift Winton is seeking a Pastoral and Behaviour Lead to drive wellbeing and positive student outcomes in a secondary school setting. You will lead the management of the Reset and Reflection room, building strong relationships with students and supporting them to return to lessons.

You will work with Heads of Year and the Senior Leadership team to ensure pastoral support for the most vulnerable students, using data to tailor intervention plans and keep records up to date.

Competenze

• Experience motivating students and promoting high expectations.
• Ability to analyse performance data to inform decisions.
• Strong behaviour management strategies and high expectations of student conduct.
• Collaborative approach with safeguarding, SEND and attendance teams.

Mansioni

• Support the wellbeing of students and help them feel included in daily school life.
• Work with students who need extra care, including those with SEND or safeguarding plans.
• Monitor behaviour and attendance, and implement plans to improve both.
• Build strong relationships with families and communicate progress clearly.
• Work with safeguarding, SEND and attendance teams to provide joined-up support.
• Keep accurate records in school systems and use data to drive improvements.
