University of Exeter seeks a Student Employment Support Officer (Internships) to join the Employer Engagement & Student Employment team and deliver the daily operations of managed internship schemes for students and graduates.
The role is hybrid, with on-campus and home-based work, and is available initially on a full-time fixed-term basis until July 2027 to cover a secondment. Applicants must be internal and current line manager approval applies for secondments.

The starting salary will be from £30,878 on Grade D, depending on knowledge, skills and experience.
This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working - some time on campus and some from home.
You will be a member of the Employer Engagement & Student Employment team within SEAS and will be expected to successfully deliver the day-to-day operational work associated with the University of Exeter’s Managed Internships Schemes. This includes the Student Campus and Business Partnership schemes and the Graduate Business Partnership scheme. You will build effective relationships with stakeholders which support and contribute to the delivery of the above service, including employers, students, and graduates.
