University of Exeter is seeking a Wellbeing Services Administrator to join the Wellbeing and Welfare team on a full-time fixed-term basis, covering a secondment until 4 April 2027. Starting salary is £30,878 on Grade D, with the post based in Exeter and a strong emphasis on customer-focused service delivery.

Wellbeing Services Administrator
This full-time (1 FTE) post is available immediately on a fixed term basis to cover a secondment until 4th April 2027.
The starting salary will be from £30,878 on Grade D, depending on skill set and experience.
This role is based within the University's Wellbeing and Welfare team. This team comprises of Psychological Therapies, Mental Health and Accessibility and is made up of approximately 120 colleagues including clinically qualified mental health practitioners, Wellbeing Consultants and a team of Professional Services administration staff, alongside the University-wide Welfare team for general student support in residences and in academic Colleges.
The primary purpose of this role will be to provide high quality, customer-focused administrative support for Wellbeing Services, and to take the lead on ensuring the service's website, comms, online forms and promotional material is relevant and up to date. Wellbeing Services has recently moved to a new CRM system, so the post-holder will be heavily involved in supporting staff in using this system.
