Job summary

Shooters Hill Sixth Form College is seeking a Personal Development Tutor to deliver Participation and Development sessions, empowering learners and supporting their academic and personal growth. The role focuses on PSHE topics, youth work and student voice within a dynamic enrichment programme.

You will work with colleagues, parents and carers to remove barriers to learning, helping students progress to further study, apprenticeships or employment.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of PSHE topics and youth work/advocacy.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with staff, students and parents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Participation and Development sessions to empower learners.
• Support students to achieve personal development goals and progression.
• Work as part of a college team to deliver a high quality enrichment programme.
