Are you looking for a role where you can help us deliver change and make a difference to the student and staff experience?
We are seeking a candidate to lead change and continuous improvement activities, working comfortably with technical experts, business process owners, and practitioners. This role will initially focus on our strategic project to implement a new student information system (SIS), leading activities such as communication, engagement, training plans, and supporting our future user community. As the SIS project transitions to business as usual, so will this role, helping to embed evolution into our ways of working with the new SIS.
About you
You are an excellent communicator, compassionate, and able to tailor activities for various groups. You will use your influencing and negotiation skills to help us be ambitious and empower teams to deliver efficient and effective services supporting the student journey. You will lead various ‘business as usual’ projects, applying your planning and analytical skills to shape our work to meet UWE’s objectives and inform decision-making.

This role is based at our vibrant Frenchay campus, equipped with modern facilities and resources to support staff and students.

This is a full-time, permanent role, working 37 hours per week. The role can be part-time on a job share basis.
UWE Bristol is campus-based, and at least 60% of your time will be on campus, with options for remote work when feasible.
Salary offers will be based on skills and experience, in line with university guidelines. Candidates must demonstrate their right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available for this role under the Skilled Worker visa route.
