About This Role
Are you looking for a role where you can help us deliver change and make a difference to the student and staff experience?
We are seeking a proactive individual to lead change management and continuous improvement activities, working closely with technical experts, business process owners, and practitioners. This role will be embedded in our strategic project to implement a new student information system (SIS), focusing on activities such as communication, engagement, training plans, and supporting our future user community. As the SIS project transitions to business as usual, this role will evolve to embed these practices into our ongoing operations.
About You
You are an excellent communicator, compassionate, and adaptable to various groups. Your influencing and negotiation skills will be vital in helping us achieve our ambitions and empower teams to deliver effective services supporting the student journey. You will lead various 'business as usual' projects, utilizing your planning and analytical skills to align our work with UWE’s objectives and inform decision-making.
Location
This role is based at our vibrant Frenchay campus, equipped with modern facilities and resources to support staff and students in their success.

Shortlisting is expected within two weeks of the closing date, with at least a week's notice for interviews. This is a full-time, permanent role, working 37 hours per week, with options for job sharing and flexible working. The role is primarily campus-based (at least 60%), with some remote work possible.
Salary offers will align with our salary guidelines, based on skills and experience. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK; we cannot sponsor visas under the Skilled Worker route.
