Job description

We are seeking to appoint a Student Caseworker within the Complaints and Student Casework team.

1. As a Student Caseworker, you will be responsible for managing your own stage one student caseload, including cases of Academic Misconduct, Complaints, Academic Appeals, and student conduct matters.
2. Applicants should have knowledge and experience, ideally within Higher Education, in at least one of these areas.
3. The role requires a commitment to delivering student-focused customer service, handling difficult and stressful situations with tact and sensitivity, and demonstrating personal confidence and resilience.
4. You must be able to work under pressure to multiple deadlines within a supportive team environment.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to exercise independent judgment and make evidence-based decisions aligned with University policies and regulations.
