About the role:

This role is based working from home, however the successful candidate will be expected to line manage and visit clients within the Hampshire & Isle of Wight region as well as surrounding areas and should therefore live within the Hampshire & Isle of Wight or Berkshire area.

As a Senior Caseworker you will be:
  • Line managing a small team to deliver effective support to victims of anti-social behaviour
  • Responsible for reviewing cases and auditing against set quality standards.
  • Delivering tailored support to victims of anti-social behaviour. This could be in person, via telephone or electronically.
You will need:
  • Proven track record of effective casework or line management
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering services and working directly within a statutory, voluntary or multi agency setting(s
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal and numerical.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, sharing, coaching others.

This role involves regular travel and due to the location, a driving license and access to a vehicle is considered an essential requirement.
