The University of Wolverhampton is seeking a Student Caseworker to manage student cases, focusing on Academic Misconduct and Complaints. The role demands excellent communication skills, resilience, and a commitment to student-focused service within a supportive team environment.
We are seeking to appoint a Student Caseworker within the Complaints and Student Casework team. As a Student Caseworker you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your own stage one student caseload. This includes investigating cases of Academic Misconduct; Complaints; Academic Appeals and matters of student conduct. Applicants will need knowledge and experience, ideally within Higher Education, of at least one of these main areas of responsibility.
We are seeking someone with a commitment to delivering student focused customer service and the ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with tact and sensitivity. The role requires personal confidence and resilience and the ability to work under pressure to multiple deadlines, within a supportive team.
With excellent written and verbal communication skills you must be able to demonstrate experience of exercising independent judgement and be able to make evidence-based decisions that are consistent with University policies and regulations.
