Job summary

Kingsbury Green Academy is seeking a Student Behaviour Intervention Lead to join its pastoral team. The role focuses on promoting positive behaviour, belonging and successful outcomes for young people through a restorative approach and strong relationships.

The position is permanent, term time only (39 weeks per year) with hours 08:30–16:00, and a salary in the NJC Grade H range (FTE) with a lower actual salary for term-time arrangements. Anticipated start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Calm, compassionate and highly effective in supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning.
• Experience in pastoral settings and promoting positive behaviour and belonging.

Responsibilities

• Support a calm and restorative approach to behaviour across the school.
• Lead and deliver interventions to improve student outcomes and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with teaching and pastoral staff to promote high standards and strong relationships.
