Job summary

Kingsbury Green Academy is seeking a Student Behaviour Intervention Lead to join its pastoral team. The role focuses on promoting positive behaviour, belonging and successful outcomes for young people through a restorative approach and strong relationships.

The position is permanent, term time only (39 weeks per year) with hours 08:30–16:00, and a salary in the NJC Grade H range (FTE) with a lower actual salary for term-time arrangements. Anticipated start ASAP.

Actual Salary: £25,659.79-£27,418.88 (DOE) annual
Contract: Permanent, term time only (39 weeks per year), Monday-Friday 08:30-16:00 (30 min unpaid break)

Job Overview

We are seeking a calm, compassionate and highly effective Student Behaviour Intervention Lead to join our pastoral team. This is a rewarding opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning, develop positive relationships and achieve success both academically and personally. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting high expectations, positive behaviour and a strong sense of belonging across the school through a relational and restorative approach.
