Marchant Recruitment is seeking an experienced Attendance Officer for a fantastic secondary school in Maidstone. The role focuses on monitoring pupil attendance, contacting families, and maintaining accurate records in SIMS/Arbor.

You will work with pastoral and safeguarding teams, produce attendance reports, and support attendance procedures. Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one is required.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience working as an Attendance Officer or within a school attendance team is essential.
• Experience using SIMS, Arbor or similar systems.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Confident and professional communication style.
• Ability to deal sensitively with parents and carers.
• Understanding of school attendance procedures.
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
