Job summary

ICMP London, part of the AD Education group, seeks a Student Advisor to be the first point of contact for students, visitors and staff at our Kilburn and Queen's Park campuses. This onsite role provides clear, timely information and friendly service to a diverse community.

You will handle in-person, phone and email enquiries, support student life events, and assist with front desk duties. The role requires professional communication and reliability, with training in safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, welcoming reception support to applicants, students, visitors, and staff.
• Respond promptly to student enquiries via in-person, telephone, and email channels.
• Assess the complexity and urgency of enquiries and refer to appropriate teams.
• Support key student lifecycle events such as Enrolment, Induction, Open Days, and Graduation.
• Monitor and manage enquiries through email inboxes and Microsoft Teams to ensure timely responses.
• Assist with the training and support of Student Ambassadors in front desk duties.
• Complete required training including CAS, Health and Safety, First Aid, and Fire Marshal.

About the Role

As a Student Advisor at ICMP London you will be the welcoming and professional first point of contact for students, visitors and staff at our Kilburn and Queen's Park campuses.
