About The Role

The role is a hybrid of a traditional contact centre position, where call volumes can be high, and account management, where relationships need to be nurtured and developed. The role also involves calling leads/accounts, interacting through video conferencing, and supporting and organising campus‑based activities such as tours and recruitment events.
