Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Structures Foreman for a major highways infrastructure project in the United Kingdom. The role involves supervising structural works, leading site gangs and ensuring compliance with drawings, RAMS and specifications.

You will monitor safety, quality and progress, conduct briefings and toolbox talks, and coordinate with subcontractors and plant to deliver on time and to the required standard.

Qualifications

• Experience as Structures/Civils Foreman on highways or major infrastructure.
• Strong structural/RC background and supervisory capability.
• Ability to lead site gangs, subcontractors and plant while ensuring compliance with drawings and RAMS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise structural works including bridges, culverts, RC structures, retaining walls and steelwork.
• Lead site gangs, subcontractors and plant to deliver works safely, on time and to spec.
• Ensure works follow drawings, RAMS and specifications with quality control.
• Monitor safety, quality and progress and take corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct briefings, inspections and toolbox talks to maintain site discipline.

Responsibilities

• Supervise structural works including bridges, culverts, RC structures, retaining walls and steelwork.
• Lead site gangs, subcontractors and plant.
• Ensure works follow drawings, RAMS and specifications.
• Monitor safety, quality and progress.
• Conduct briefings, inspections and toolbox talks.

Requirements

• Previous Structures/Civils Foreman experience.
• Highways or major infrastructure experience.
• Strong structural/RC background.
• Gold CSCS Card.
• SSSTS/SMSTS and First Aid.
• Full UK driving licence.
• TWS or National Highways experience desirable.
