Simmons & Simmons in London or Bristol is seeking an Associate (2+ PQE) to join the Structured Finance & Derivatives team. You will handle sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions, advising investment banks, asset managers and financial institutions on structuring, execution and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction).
• 2+ years' post-qualification experience with strong exposure to structured finance or structured products.
• Experience working with investment banks, asset managers, financial institutions or other sophisticated market participants.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of significant transaction workstreams and manage day-to-day client relationships.
• Provide commercially focused advice and support clients on complex matters across structured finance and derivatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Financial Markets, Capital Markets and Financial Regulation to deliver successful transactions.
