Job summary

Leading US law firm in London is seeking a structured finance lawyer (1 PQE+) to join its growing London team. The practice is renowned for CLOs, securitisation and cross-border work, advising major asset managers, arrangers, banks, issuers and investors.

You will work on European CLOs, warehouse financings, ABS and broader securitisation transactions, with exposure to structured credit and occasional unusual asset classes. This is a high-growth opportunity within an international platform.

Qualifications

• 1+ PQE in structured finance/securitisation preferred.
• Experience advising on CLOs and warehouse financings is a plus.
• Strong cross-border transaction experience and ability to work with asset managers, arrangers and banks.

Responsibilities

• Work on European CLOs and warehouse financings.
• Handle ABS and broader securitisation transactions.
• Advising on structured credit and structured products.
