Qualifications

• Experience in delivering psychological interventions for adults with complex emotional difficulties.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, carers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to work across sites within East-Cheshire and participate in the SCM pathway.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SCM interventions aligned to the assessment, stabilisation and intervention phases.
• Maintain a capped caseload and support clients to develop a shared understanding and problem-solving approaches.
• Attend SCM supervision and contribute to evidence-based practice with staff and carers.
