Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust in Oldham is recruiting for a Structured Clinical Management Practitioner (Band 6). The role is full-time (37.5 hours) Monday–Friday, with a focus on providing 1-1 and group SCM-based care for individuals with complex emotional and relational needs.

You will join a skilled team, receive SCM training and regular supervision, and work within the SCM pathway in Oldham to deliver evidence-based care and improve outcomes for service users.

Competenze

• Professional clinical qualification and current registration with professional body.
• Experience working with people with personality disorder and suicidal ideation.
• Experience completing mental health assessments, risk assessments and risk management plans.
• Ability to work 1-1 and in group settings with service users.
• Ability to manage a complex caseload without direct supervision.
• Ability to work with other agencies in the service user’s best interests.
• Ability to manage emotions when others are distressed.
• Previous experience or training in Structured Clinical Management.
