Job summary

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 SCM Practitioner to work with service users in the Preston West Community Mental Health Team, delivering Structured Clinical Management for those with Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder. You will be clinically supervised by the PDMCN specialists and work within a multi-disciplinary framework.

Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of Structured Clinical Management (SCM).
• Ability to work in a community CMHT setting with service users with EUPD.
• Engagement in risk assessments and interagency referrals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SCM to a caseload within the community CMHT.
• Facilitate and lead groups to support recovery.
• Provide mental health assessments including risk assessments.
• Coordinate with GP, IAPT and secondary MH services.
