Job summary

DCS Recruitment is seeking an experienced data cabling engineer for a contract role in Salford. You will install data cabling and devices, with CAT6/6a cabling experience required. A CSCS/ECS accreditation is preferred and you should have your own hand tools and installation tools.

You will be asked to provide two references and right to work ID prior to start. The role runs 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday, starting Monday 27th July.

Qualifications

• Experience in data cable and device installation.
• Experience with removals, moves and changes.
• CAT6/6a data cabling experience.
• Hold CSCS/ECS accreditation or equivalent.

Responsibilities

8 hour day shifts Mon-Fri

Must have experience in data cable and device installation as well as removals, moves, and changes. CAT6/6a data cabling.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a valid CSCS/ECS – industry related accreditation is preferred e.g. datacoms, network infrastructure, cabling installer


• Have their own hand tools, installation and termination tools and drill(s). SDS / impact drivers are beneficial.

You will be asked to provide two relevant work references and right to work ID prior to start.
