Qualifications

Experience with Revit Structure and AutoCAD in large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain CAD templates (AutoCAD and Revit).
Produce detailed construction and 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
Coordinate 3D information and conduct clash detection exercises.

Description

We are seeking a talented Structural Revit Technician to work on a permanent basis with our clients in-house design team, based in Central London.

You should have a background of using Revit Structure and AutoCAD from with either a consultancy or contractors in-house design team, with exposure to large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain CAD templates (AutoCAD and Revit)
Develop families using Revit and block in AutoCAD
Develop 3D, data rich models using Revit and expert knowledge of parameters and Revits phasing tool
Produce detailed construction and fabrication 2D drawings using AutoCAD
Create swept paths using vehicle tracking in AutoCAD
Coordinate 3D information received at tender stage, undertake clash detection exercises and produce model audit reports.
Support the development and maintenance of BIM related documentation from tender to completion.
