Our global energy client is looking for an Intermediate Field Support Technician with Desktop, Network and Mobility experience to support both in-person and remote end-users at an onsite camp, working a 14 days on / 14 days off rotation.

One year contract to start. Must be able to work 14 days on / 14 days off. Fly-in / fly-out of camp.

Must Haves:

  • 3+ years Desktop Support Technician experience
  • Windows 10 and O support experience
  • Cisco Call Manager & Unity VOIP administration
  • Mobility device management
  • ServiceNow experience

Nice to Haves:

  • HP plotter maintenance
  • Fiber network patching

Responsibilities:

  • Support Dell Windows 10, O, and company applications (in-person and remote)
  • Manage PC/mobility hardware inventory using ServiceNow
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage IT equipment orders
  • Provide remote access support (VPN, Citrix, MFA)
  • Troubleshoot A/V issues for MS Teams Room technology
  • Assist network techs, manage VOIP phones, and perform light labor for moves/projects
