  • Full-time position: 5 days a week (Remote, London, Rotterdam, Genoa)
Role overview

This new business line at Dual supports the end-to-end generation and validation of Marine written, premium, and claims bordereaux. The successful candidate will work closely with the European underwriting team to ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements.

Role responsibilities
  • Produce and validate Written/Premium/Claims bordereaux in a multi-currency environment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Monthly review of the portfolio, highlighting issues or significant changes
  • Manage queries with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain management information on Written/Claims/Premium/Aged Debtors by Business Unit
  • Ensure adherence to Binding Authority Agreements and rectify breaches
  • Ensure compliance with DUAL and local policies
  • Manage payments and reconcile claims trust accounts monthly
  • Respond promptly to external audit requests

  • Deep knowledge of Marine Insurance
  • Experience with Lloyd's reporting standards and bordereaux data
  • Familiarity with LMTOM & Market business glossary
  • Proven experience in producing bordereaux
  • Reconciliation skills
  • Understanding of Delegated Authority
Compliance & Regulatory Responsibilities
  • Maintain compliance at all times
  • Obtain necessary approvals for regulatory adherence
  • Share best practices within the team
  • Keep HR and T&C records updated
  • Maintain accurate records and handle correspondence appropriately
