Job description

The Digital Workplace Technician is responsible for supporting users and ensuring the proper functioning of servers and workstations connected to the network. Key responsibilities include:

1. Receiving and testing computer and office equipment
2. Configuring and integrating equipment into the network
3. Monitoring the computer systems
4. Providing user support and assistance, including troubleshooting network and office automation issues (PCs, photocopiers, phones)
5. Training users on network use and IT tools
6. Maintaining and developing the information system by checking hardware, peripherals, and software functionality, diagnosing issues, and repairing hardware and software failures
