Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Structural Testing Technician (HGV licence required) working homebased with nationwide travel across the UK. Role includes driving to sites, setting up tests, and staying away weekly.

Salary is £36,000 plus a performance bonus up to £6,000, with 25 days holiday, pension, and company training. Overtime and site work provide variety and industry training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a HGV Class 2 Licence.
• Mechanically minded with practical aptitude.
• Willing to stay away from home weekly on trips across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Drive an HGV to sites across the UK and set up structural pile load tests using lorry mounted crane equipment.
• Carry out static load testing with automated pile testing systems and record technical data.
• Work on site Monday to Friday with some weekend overtime opportunities.
