Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Structural Testing Technician to travel to sites across the UK, with weekly away-from-home stays. The role requires an HGV Class 2 licence and a mechanically minded approach.

You’ll perform static load testing and operate the lorry-mounted crane, with travel nationwide and overnight stays as needed. The position offers a base salary of £36,000, with a performance bonus up to £6,000, Monday to Friday, 40 hours, and overtime opportunities on

Qualifications

• Must have a HGV Class 2 Licence.
• Mechanically minded with practical aptitude.
• Willing to stay away from home on a weekly basis (Mon–Fri).

Responsibilities

• Drive an HGV to sites across the UK and set up structural pile load tests.
• Carry out static load testing and record technical data.
• Site-based field role with Monday to Friday work and some weekend overtime.
