This role combines design, analysis and project leadership of temporary works and construction systems, mentoring technicians and coordinating with internal teams and clients across the UK and beyond. Qualifications

• Strong background in structural engineering and temporary works.
• Experience leading and mentoring engineers/technicians.
• Knowledge of construction standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and provide technical guidance to a team of engineering technicians.
• Design, analyze and verify products and project installations.
• Ensure designs comply with technical, structural and safety standards.
• Provide technical support to internal teams, clients and suppliers.
