Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD in St Neots is seeking an experienced Structural Engineering Manager to lead and develop the engineering function. You will oversee design, analysis and verification of products and project installations, mentor technicians and ensure designs meet technical, structural and safety standards.

This role offers autonomy within an international group, opportunities for travel, and exposure to Autodesk, 3DS Max and advanced structural analysis software.

Qualificações

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Chartered status preferred.
• Experience in structural design and temporary works.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
• Oversee design, analysis and verification of products and installations.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant technical, structural and safety standards.
• Provide technical support and advice to internal teams, clients, suppliers and external authorities.
• Oversee development and introduction of new products.
• Maintain awareness of standards and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with suppliers and other group businesses to improve products.
• Assist growth of the engineering department, including recruitment activities.
• Attend client and supplier meetings and site visits as required.
