Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a civil/structural engineer to deliver analysis, design and assessment for reinforced concrete, steel and civil infrastructure within the GBE‑N programme. You will produce calculations, models, drawings, specifications and technical reports and support design substantiation and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Civil or Structural Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of UK and international design standards.
• Experience in analysis and design of RC, steel, and civil structures.
• Familiarity with design substantiation, technical reporting, and assurance processes.
• Experience in the Nuclear Industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analysis, design and assessment for RC, steel and civil infrastructure.
• Produce and review structural calculations, models, drawings and reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated solutions.
• Ensure designs comply with codes, standards, quality and CDM2015.
• Mentor graduates and early‑career engineers.
