Job summary

Lusona Consultancy (Financial) Limited is seeking a Structural Engineer to join their growing team in the UK. You will contribute to the delivery of major infrastructure and energy projects, working across substations, grid infrastructure and renewables.

You will develop innovative, safe structural solutions from concept to detailed design, collaborating with engineers across disciplines and supporting chartership progression in a flexible, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline is required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams and UK-based projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and specify structural solutions for infrastructure, energy and building projects.
• Produce calculations, drawings, specifications and reports.
• Support multi-discipline teams and coordinate with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence.
