Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a structural engineer to join a Norwich consultancy on a portfolio of mixed-use developments. You’ll work on projects from concept through to delivery, turning ambitious architectural ideas into safe, efficient, buildable structures.

With 4+ years’ experience in a consultancy, you’ll bring strong design and analysis skills across reinforced concrete, steel and masonry, plus experience communicating with clients and project teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience within a consultancy environment, ideally with experience across reinforced concrete, steel and masonry structures.
• Strong structural design and analysis skills.
• Experience working on building structures and mixed-use developments.
• Confidence using relevant structural design software.
• The ability to communicate clearly with clients and project teams.
• Ambition to develop your career and take on increasing responsibility.
