Zodiac Recruitment is seeking a talented Structural Engineer for a Maidstone-based role. You will contribute to a range of projects from concept through to construction, delivering robust designs across steel, concrete, timber, and masonry elements.

The role emphasizes collaboration, professional development toward chartership, and a supportive environment with a forward-thinking approach to sustainable design.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in structural design with steel, concrete, timber, masonry.
• Proficiency in Tekla, Tedds, or similar analysis software.
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Design Standards, Codes of Practice.
• Experience delivering projects from concept to completion.
• Chartered or working towards with IStructE or ICE.
• Degree in Civil Engineering (MEng or BEng).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality structural design across lifecycle from concept to construction.
• Prepare detailed calculations, drawings, and reports.
• Coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure project success.
• Adhere to health & safety and regulatory standards.
