Job summary

Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting Band 5 Staff Nurses for the Continuing Stroke Care Unit. You will work as part of a ward team within the Medicine & Emergency Care Division, prioritising and delivering nursing care and assessments as needed.

Qualifications

• Assess patients, document care plans, and coordinate with ward team.
• Participate in local stroke training programmes and preceptorship activities.
