Job summary

HAUC(UK) is seeking an experienced Streetworks Coordinator for Maple Cross. You will manage permit notifications, monitor Depotnet queues, and ensure accurate progress updates from start to finish. The role involves close collaboration with operations and other departments to deliver services reliably.

The position requires coordinating with highways authorities and handling notices and closures within regulatory timeframes, ensuring smooth, compliant operations on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination roles within streetworks or civil engineering contexts.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sending permit notifications to highways authorities within legal timeframes.
• Monitoring queues in Depotnet to ensure starts, stops and reinstatement registrations are completed as required.
• Completing daily housekeeping checks within Depotnet and Aurora to ensure permits are actioned correctly.
• Tracking work progress from start to completion with accurate updates.
• Serving as first point of contact for operations colleagues to resolve queries and issues.
• Processing, raising, and closing traffic management notices and permits including footway and road closures.
