• Sending permit notifications to highways authorities within legal timeframes.
• Monitoring queues in Depotnet to ensure starts, stops and reinstatement registrations are completed as required.
• Completing daily housekeeping checks within Depotnet and Aurora to ensure permits are actioned correctly.
• Tracking work progress from start to completion with accurate updates.
• Serving as first point of contact for operations colleagues to resolve queries and issues.
• Processing, raising, and closing traffic management notices and permits including footway and road closures.

• Monitoring queues within the Depotnet system to ensure actual starts, work stops, and reinstatement registrations are completed as required.
• Completing daily housekeeping checks within Depotnet and Aurora to ensure all permits are actioned correctly.
• Tracking work progress from start to completion, ensuring updates are accurately recorded and communicated.
• Acting as the first point of contact for colleagues within operations, helping to provide timely resolutions to queries and issues.
• Processing, raising, and closing traffic management requests, including notices, permits, footway and road closures.
• You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the team and with other departments to support the effective delivery of our services, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.
