Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory, planned maintenance, and asset records in information systems.
• Support LED street lighting project delivery, including updates, reporting, and progress tracking.
• Investigate data discrepancies and ensure accuracy of operational records.
• Monitor and update business systems and central management systems.
• Manage reactive fault reporting and support service delivery timelines.
• Assist contractual reporting requirements and client inquiries.
• Coordinate permits and dig packs as needed.
• Manage resident and customer communications with high service standards.
• Contribute to social value initiatives and related records.
• Monitor toolbox talks and Zero Harm activities, supporting continuous improvement.
