Job summary

Northumberland County Council is seeking a trained Grounds, Public Convenience and Street Cleansing Operative to deliver a high standard of street cleansing, public conveniences and grounds-maintenance. You will carry out vehicle checks, work outdoors in all weathers and weekends, and operate related tools and equipment.

Qualifications

Trained Grounds, Public Convenience and Street Cleansing Operative.
Experience with vehicle checks and CoSHH safety policies.
Knowledge of driving-related legislation and regulations.
Must hold a full driving licence.
Knowledge of tools and equipment used in street cleansing.
Able to work outdoors in all weathers and traffic conditions.
Available to work weekends.

Responsibilities
