Job summary

Conveo in London/UK is seeking a Strategy & Ops Lead to diagnose bottlenecks across functions and transform insights into scalable playbooks. You will run end-to-end cross-functional projects, build repeatable processes, and drive momentum weekly while collaborating with CSMs, AEs, and onboarding teams.

The role emphasizes rigorous data analysis, cross-functional coordination, and an AI-native mindset to continuously improve NRR and expansion motions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years at a top strategy consulting firm or 2+ years in a high-velocity operator role delivering end-to-end workstreams.
• Strong analytical capabilities with ability to build and test models and hypotheses.
• Clear, concise written communication that accelerates decision-making.
• Track record of owning initiatives end-to-end without heavy hand-holding.
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration without formal authority.
• AI-native approach; comfortable leveraging AI in workflows and tooling.
• Willing to be based in Antwerp HQ or the UK, with regular travel to HQ.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose motion leaks within a function by building cohorts, funnels, churn, and cycle-time visuals.
• Shadow operations, join rituals, review tickets, and interview stakeholders to ground patterns in evidence.
• Own workstreams inside cross-functional projects and manage smaller projects end-to-end.
• Lead end-to-end workstreams: plan, cadence, artefacts, decisions, escalations; maintain momentum weekly.
