Job summary

Conveo is seeking a Strategy & Ops Associate to diagnose and improve go-to-market motion, owning workstreams end-to-end and turning learnings into a repeatable playbook.

You will partner with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Product to drive revenue retention and expansion through rigorous analysis, clear documentation, and AI-enabled processes. Based in the UK or Antwerp with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years at a top strategy consulting firm (MBB, Big 4 Strategy, LEK, OC&C, Roland Berger, Oliver Wyman) with evidence of owning a workstream end to end.
• 2+ years in a high-velocity operator seat (BizOps / RevOps analyst, Chief of Staff, early-stage startup)
• Sharp analytical chops and ability to pull data and test assumptions
• Crisp written communication to accelerate decision-making
• Proven ability to own end-to-end projects without hand-holding
• Cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders outside own function
• AI-native mindset to leverage AI in workflows
• Willing to be based in Antwerp HQ or the UK with regular travel to HQ

Responsibilities

• Run the diagnostic with rigor and ground conclusions in evidence.
• Own a workstream inside strategic cross-functional projects and manage smaller projects end to end.
• Turn the motion into a scalable playbook with templates, dashboards, and automation.
• Ship a v1 quickly, measure against KPIs, and iterate to improve metrics.
• Maintain cross-functional alignment and communicate status proactively.
• Provide end-to-end ownership from scope to delivery, with minimal hand-holding
