Job summary

Shuffle is hiring a Strategy & Business Operations Manager to own high‑impact strategic and operational projects. You will report to the founders and shape decisions across commission modeling, London launch playbooks, and city expansion sequencing.

The role suits someone with consulting or fast‑moving startup experience who can blend rigor with pragmatism, delivering structured output and clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience, with a strong foundation in consulting (MBB or equivalent) and/or a strategy or ops role inside a high-growth startup.
• Proven track record of owning projects end-to-end and delivering clear recommendations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take on high-priority strategic projects and own them from problem definition through to recommendation and execution.
• Build and refine financial models, pricing scenarios, market sizing and narratives for internal and investor audiences.
• Identify areas where process improvements are needed and design scalable ops systems across the business.
