Job summary

Navan is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to drive execution across Specialty Travel & Events. You will translate strategic priorities into plans, coordinate stakeholders, and build quantitative analyses to provide leadership with reliable performance views.

Responsibilities include cross-functional programme leadership, creating measurable outcomes, and partnering with Finance to deliver BI reporting. You will lead with strong communication and adapt to a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in strategy and operations, business operations, programme management, consulting, or related field.
• Experience in a high-growth tech company preferred.
• Strong project management with delivery through others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Comfort with fast-changing priorities and ambiguity.
• Strong emotional intelligence, discretion, resilience, and collaboration.
• Quantitative and analytical skills; experience building analyses and BI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve and scale Specialty Travel & Events services.
• Build relationships across the organisation and align stakeholders with different priorities.
• Identify risks, resolve blockers, and escalate decisions with sound judgement.
• Turn priorities into focused initiatives with measurable outcomes with senior leaders.
• Develop leadership operating cadences: priority-setting and business reviews.
• Own high-priority, ambiguous projects arising from changing business needs.
• Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to build analyses and dashboards.
• Create reporting giving leaders a clear view of performance and progress.
• Leverage insights to inform executive decisions.
