Job summary

Navan is seeking an exceptional Strategy & Operations leader to act as the operating right hand to the EVP of Specialty Travel and Events. This role combines Chief of Staff responsibilities with hands-on programme leadership to turn strategy into execution across Boompop integration and Navan’s priority verticals.

You will align leaders, build operating cadence, prepare decisions, track commitments, surface risks, and ensure initiatives move from idea to measurable outcomes across Product,

Qualifications

• High-level strategic operations experience
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in post-merger integration or SaaS/tech environments

Responsibilities

• Lead the Specialty Travel & Events portfolio with a cross-functional strategy and execution plan across six verticals.
• Translate customer and market requirements into prioritised product, operations, servicing, integration, and commercial roadmaps.
• Drive market readiness with product, sales, operations, and customer teams; lead enablement, rollout planning and feedback loops.
• Coordinate complex cross-functional programmes and manage dependencies, risks, and execution.
