Zusammenfassung

Navan is seeking a proactive T&E Analyst to support and improve travel, expense, and corporate card operations globally. You will ensure accurate processing, policy compliance, and timely support while administering Navan’s T&E platform and related workflows.

You will analyze spend, assist audits and financial reporting, and identify automation opportunities to simplify operations across regions and currencies.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in travel and expense operations or related finance functions.
• Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, or Business; equivalent experience considered.
• Hands-on experience with Navan or other T&E platforms.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and strong Excel/Sheets skills.

Aufgaben

• Review and support accurate processing of expense reports, corporate card transactions, reimbursements, and related T&E activities.
• Administer and enhance Navan’s travel and expense platform, including user access and policy settings.
• Apply T&E policies and internal controls; identify out-of-policy activity and anomalies.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and control testing with documentation and remediation tracking.
• Coordinate reimbursements and card transactions with Accounts Payable, Payroll, and other teams.
• Support VAT reclaim and indirect tax recovery processes with documentation and submissions.
• Analyze global T&E data, maintain dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Provide guidance and training on Navan usage and policy requirements.
• Identify opportunities for automation and self-service while maintaining oversight.
