Job summary

Howden Private Capital (HPC) invites graduates to join a new Strategy & Operations team in London. You’ll work directly with senior leaders to help shape and grow a global business, with exposure to strategy, operations and client initiatives from day one.

The role is permanent, with an 18-month structured development programme, a starting salary of £35,000, and hybrid working. You’ll engage in research, market analyses, and cross-functional projects across the Howden network.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or final-year student eligible to apply.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a business focus.
• Interest in strategy, operations and financial services.

Responsibilities

• Research private capital funds, investors, competitors and market trends.
• Prepare briefing notes, market analysis and presentations for senior meetings.
• Support development and execution of business plans and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare client-facing materials, including presentations and reviews.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and thought leadership projects.
• Coordinate projects and monitor milestones across the team.
• Work with colleagues across Howden, including international teams.
